At BCNMA, we offer both group and private lessons for students interested in Martial Arts and Fitness all year round - both in English and Spanish. You can take Thai boxing, Total Self Defense (Kali/Inosanto Jeet Kune Do), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling and Full Body Fitness (Fitness/Kettlebells and strength training), all levels welcome. WE OFFER A FREE TRIAL DAY.

De lunes a viernes de 17:00h a 22:00h, martes y jueves de 10h a 12:30h. Sábados de 10:00h a 13:30h
From Mon to Fri from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 12:30pm. Sat from 10:00am from 1:30pm.
