Mixed Martial Arts training facility, equipped with 27 heavy bags, weights, treadmill, ecliptical machines, stair machine, kettle bells. Teach classes for ages 4yrs. & above. Offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, MMA, Fighter Fit Fitness, Muay Thai (kickboxing) and an Adult Defensive Tactics class.
