Owners Ron and Tina Carlson came into the business because they were passionate about fitness. When local gyms discontinued popular Les Mills Group fitness programs, they opened their own gym.
In a short time, they expanded their offerings beyond Les Mills to other programs and have an enthusiastic membership that’s growing rapidly. Their fitness facilities are open 24/7.
