fitdankbaby® is a new fitness program developed especially for mothers and their babies aged three to
seven months. In fun and exciting lessons you will find a workout program for the moms combined with
playful exercises for the babies, training their kinetic abilities. The child plays a prominent role in class: A carrying strap which was specially developed for the fitness program. fitdankbaby® offers licenses to coaches and centers that focus on health and fitness.
