SAMS is a luxurious health and beauty medical spa in Lahore. Our services health club/wellness center, spa therapies, medical/dental spa. We have - a state of the art cardiovascular gym,fitness studio,pool,saunas, steam room, jacuzzi. We have many fitness classes - aerobics, yoga, pilates, kids/teen fitness classes, over 50's exercise , aqua aerobics, TRX training, personal training, dietician, physiotherapy, run by a UK trained sports DR, weight loss clinic. www.sams.pk Spoken languages :  Opening period : 01/07 - 01/07 Gym/fitness studio and pool in gulberg only.
