SAMS is a luxurious health and beauty medical spa in Lahore. Our services health club/wellness center, spa therapies, medical/dental spa. We have - a state of the art cardiovascular gym,fitness studio,pool,saunas, steam room, jacuzzi. We have many fitness classes - aerobics, yoga, pilates, kids/teen fitness classes, over 50's exercise , aqua aerobics, TRX training, personal training, dietician, physiotherapy, run by a UK trained sports DR, weight loss clinic. www.sams.pk

FEMALES-mon-sat 10am to 6pm (for spa services), gym- 7.30am -6pm, Outdoor pool -9am-6pm(April - early November- seasonal) sundhays 12noon-4pm.
MALES- mon-sat 6pm-10pm( for spa services), gym-6pm-10pm, Outdoor pool- 6pm-10pm. sundhays 4-8pm
All speciality/consultant clinics - by appointment only, mixed clinics.
